Anytime A-Net announces a time, it's typically Pacific Time (Daylight savings applies). Gaile said they do this because the A-Net homebase is located in the Pacific time zone (Seattle Washington).

This is a great site for finding out how your time of day matches up with other places:

Just look up Seattle, compare that time to a city that shares your time, and Bob's your uncle.

Am I going about this incorrectly, or should not Pacific Time be GMT-8? I live in Eastern Time, and we're GMT-5. The west coast is three hours behind us. Where do they get GMT-7?

Daylight savings time? If we are +1 due to daylight savings, then Pacific time (GMT -8) would at the time of posting actually be GMT -7, as GMT is independent of daylight savings regional adjustments.

Not to nitpick but they are actually in Bellevue.
